– Brief introduction to mindfulness and meditation
– Guided mindfulness exercise to help participants relax and focus

+ Building self-awareness and self-compassion

+ Introduction to reframing negative thoughts and emotions

– Introduction to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and its role in reframing negative thoughts and emotions
– Guided exercise to help participants reframe negative thoughts and emotions
+ Group activity to practice reframing negative thoughts and emotions

– Guided group activity to help participants practice reframing negative thoughts and emotions

– Guided exercise to help participants develop a self-care plan
